I have no intrest in anything .sometimes I don't want to talk anyone and I feel hopeless .Sometimes my behaviour become impulsive. Thoughts are always in my mind and I am enable to take sleep restful.2-3days I behave normal ,sometimes over excited and after 2-3 days I feel depressed and don't want to talk anyone .I have no concentration.

I m taking estilopram from 2 yrs, for depression. I m unable to take any emotional stress, i immediately go to bed for sleep and then keep sleeping for hrss. I was advised armodafinil 50 mg but still emotional stress overpowers every time. Is this narcolepsy...

My niece is 5 years old. She starts crying right after hearing about school. We have changed her 4 schools but she hasn't been able to sit for one day also. Even if her mom stays outside the class. She doesn't go outside to play with her cousins because of fear or something happening.She is always stressed and keeps crying for no reason. She likes to stay only with Nani and her mom and with me(mamu). What type of problem she must be going through in these young age?

My mother is right side paralysed since one year, initially she was suffering with pain at right side and hence not able to do any physiotherapy. Problem is from past two three months she is not having medicine willingly. As she is a heart patient some critical medicine she needs to have moreover she has sugar also. She is having food but the moment we give medicine she starts shouting and crying and sometimes she spit medicine after having them otherwise her behaviour is okay but don't know why she is behaving abnormally when we give medicine. Also, continuously crying for no reason. She can't even speak due to paralysis.

I m experiencing dizziness and pressure like feeling inside head throughout the day. Worsens at evening and night. It is there throughout the day and most experienced when sitting still at a place. Feeling pressure back of eyes like the eyes would pop out now. No pain experienced till now. Right hand feels weak but am able to to and lift weight equally as the left hand. But that feeling is there. Like it is going to paralyse or sth. I had anxiety issues before two months at home when went for holidays and had anxiety attacks like palpitations and shortness of breath, and so on. All were gone when i started new work at my office. But still I had this dizziness thingy and now it has increased and it's irritating. Pls help how to cope with this. Is it due to anxiety or sth related to neuro or BP issue?

Dear Doctor I am alone. I dont have enough friend's. When i talk little time to my friends i feel irritate. Don't like to mingle with people. Always alone. I am mentally very very weak person. How to become mentaly strong and face all situations. Is there any medicine please suggest me. Thanks.
