Eye mask help to produce melatonin?
I sleep in full lights and can't turn off lights Sometimes I sleep during the day also I want to know using eye mask Helpful If I sleep even in lights Does it increase melatonin?

Studies in totally blind humans demonstrated that light exposure can suppress melatonin production and phase shift its circadian rhythm. These studies in human and non-human animals suggest a functional separation between image-forming and non-image-forming photoreceptors. So eye mask may not help. As long as you sleep well even with lights, don't bother

It helps if you can’t put the light off also you can use the lowest of red light That’s not too bad for sleep
