Is the eye mask helpful or not?
I sleep in full lights and can't turn off lights Sometimes I sleep during the day also I want to know how to use an eye mask Helpful If I sleep even in lights? Does it increase melatonin? I am re posting this question Last time i got mixed answers

According to you you don't have any issues with sleep, just do some life style modifications, you will be fine.

Eye masks help in sleep induction, improving quality of sleep, sleep comfort and effectiveness, with less intermittent awakening or sleep disturbance/distortion. It do all this mediated by increasing serum melatonin level. it should not be wore too tightly. It works best if sleep schedule is maintained, like in your case day time naps are not advisable as it decreases effectiveness of this intervention.

Try to adjust by turning off light..so you can have sound sleep naturally... rather than using eye mask..
