Hello ,            Clonil   -  125 mg / day            Flutop -   60 mg  /  day Iam taking  above OCD  medication and hands are shaking heavily What can i do now can you please tell me ?

When I was in school and was asked to read out something in class my voice used to get shaky and heart beats very fast and I end up getting embarrassed. This happened in my whole school life and college life. My profession needs social speaking . I have to give presentations. I don't know how to handle it. Also hand tremors are there when someone's notice me. Hand tremors occur almost every time but it is more noticeable when someone in watching me. I just don't know what to do. I have done breathing exercises but I got no result. Please suggest what can I do. Can I take propanolol before any presentation.? Do it really help?

I am an ocd patient and I am facing perceptual disturbances and tightness in head.I am also feeling perceptual obsession I.e wet sensation in head.I currently on below medicines. Now my psychiatrist is saying that medicines are not required and he said only follow my advice I.e do physical excerise ,healthy food intake and show gratitude I.e write down what you have  in your life as compared to others.I have been visiting him since 1 year. MY condition improved but now is reoccurring again with maximum intensity. Will I be cured if I follow his advices. Currently on Fluvator 100(2-0-2) Arip mt 5(1-0-1)

Hi team I'm on oleanz 5 mg from 2 years now. I have developed tenea corporis is this side effects of olanzipine. Secondly I'm able to sleep well. But now I'm urinating around 2-3 times per night. I also take encrote 400 mg. How to stop olanzipine I heard it causes diabetes. Is olanzipine cause diabetes then how to stop it gradually. If someone able to answer it I will be happy to stop this medicine. As it may be causing me urinating more. Secondly is diabetis A side effects of olanzipine. If I stop this will I won't be able to sleep. Some light on it.

I'm extremely embarrassed and ashamed of myself that I had peed in bed last night. This never happened. So it is the first time something like this has happened and I'm not able to make eye contact with my own self. I have been taking treatment for depression / bipolar depression for some time now. Sir, Earlier i was alcohol addicted after that i met with gastro and he prescribed ativan 2 mg. I was taking ativan 2 mg daily at night for 1 year. I went to severe depression and having weight loss, sleepeness, suicidal thought, mood swing, tremor, irregular heartbeat and many more then i went to phycritrist and he prescibe me librium 10 and olisur f5 and same was taking from 2 months. Is it safe or will contact to other doctor. Will i get again addicted to librium and olisur?pllz suggest.

Hi, I am 24 year old female working in an IT company. The problem i am facing is it psychology or related to psychiatric? Whenever at night or evening i have to go out my brain or my mind becomes very strange, evrything is well sorted during day time like but at night,when i go out be it a market place ajeeb sa lagta hai it feels like i am overthinking i don't know what it is, plus i get panicked whenever i see lot of people around me or ajeeb sa lgne lag jata hai during night time during day or afternoon i dont get this feeling. Is these things normal or should i consult doctor for this, can anyone guide me or help me?

Sir, Earlier i was on ativan 2mg for 1 year and after that i met with physcritist and doctor prescribed olisur f5 and librium 10 for 2 months and i m taking the same from 2 months. Is olisur f5 is habit forming? Or i will continue the same.
