Sir, Earlier i was on ativan 2mg for 1 year and after that i met with physcritist and doctor prescribed olisur f5 and librium 10 for 2 months and i m taking the same from 2 months. Is olisur f5 is habit forming? Or i will continue the same.

I am a working mom.my problem is ..I need to Take sleeping pills daily to fall asleep.mind always has negative thoughts.can't get out of overthinking.always feels helpless.plz help

I am an engineering student. I live alone in a rented room outside college ,because that's only left option available to me. From past 10 months (since Jan) I feel too much depressed and lonely.I don't have anyone to talk to.I have no friends,cousins.My whole day are spent waking up , going classes and then sleep.I feel too much fed up.I don't even like to wake up.I just wish one day naturally I don't have to wake up and I get over from all these.I feel tired all the day and want to escape every small work .I prefer lying on my bed all the day ignoring my work. I mentioned past 10 months because before that my life was good as I had friends,I had a girlfriend.But one day after a fight ,she falsely accuse me of harassment.That incident had put a too dark memory on my mind.That girl has moved on in just one week.But that accusation, that boycott from all peers of my college  haunts me everyday.I feel crying every single hour.I have no one. Please save me . I'm dying mentally each day.

My friend is suffering from Anadonia and she is taking her medicine and was diagnosed by a psychiatrist and it's been 6 months but she doesn't feel any changes. She thinks she is not getting any better. She said she hasn't felt even 1% change. She wants to try other methods. Is there any way other than medication and what will it cost her ?

I start feeling palpitations suddenly and approached general doctor and prescribed some anxiety tablet s I took the tablets and I dint feel any Palpitations again after 3 days I felt heavy Palpitations and went to cardiologist there I did blood test, chest xray,ecg echo everything was normal but in ecgtest they mentioned like anxiety Palpitations and he prescribed anxit tablet and nexito for 10 days and  said to visit psychiatrist then after 10 days I visit psychiatrist doctor and prescribed lonozep0.25mg(if emergency) Citalin 10mg Etizola beta 0.50 Clonotril 0.25mg When I see the uses of these tablets and am shocked whether these are safe or it will create big impact ?

Very triggering thoughts come in my mind everytime and when i ignore it i feel i am lying to myself.Would these bad thoughts change me?This all started a month ago and i cannot lead my life peacefully like before.Would i ever be normal again??
