Used clonazepam .25 for 6 months , tapered it down to .18 for 3 weeks dan tapered it further to .125 since 5 days for how long should I continue this dose to avoid withdrawal.

You can disconie from this dose. Clonazepam alone is not given for such long time, it is habit forming And harmful. Consult a psychiatrist if needed
