It seems your medications needs to be rationalized so that need for taking clonazepam is minimized. Taking clonazepam for long will only harm you as you will develop tolerance and then stopping it will become a biggest concern.

You are partially right. But long term use of clonazepam is not always justified especially in anxiety disorder. You can discuss with your psychiatrist to further optimize rest of the regimen and try tapering clonazepam gradually. If not possible, then try switching to some long acting benzodiazepines (eg. Diazepam / chlordiazepoxide) and then taper same. it is easier to taper long acting benzodiazepines compared to short to medium acting one like clonazepam.
Next Steps
Discuss with you psychiatrist regarding available alternatives/strategies

Long term use of clonazepam will lead to addiction and also you need to increase dose with time due to tolerance of low dose by your body.. You can take it on as need basis but not on regular or long term basis..
Next Steps
consult psychiatrist for further help
