Slept at 1 30 a.m yesterday night..Was tossing and turning around since couldnot sleep and also was having so many thoughts inside my head..at around 4 30 am, out of nowhere I woke up scrraming and crying very hard and jumped onto one of my friends bed saying " om namah shivay"..Was having cold sweat, fully tensed and couldnot stop crying...Still dont know what happened..dont remeber having any dreams..went to sleep after taking few walks and drinking water..again could feel that i was in some sort of space and started moving my legs..pleasd help..this was the first time tha I had such thing happening to me
