Sometimes for anxiety triggered during covid pandemic people need to take medications for long time even years, when the serotonin in their mind pathways have become insufficient and on stopping the symptoms relapse. Take regular treatment like for diabetes or hypertension and don’t stop without your doctors advise. Good luck
