Hello, What is the reason for OCD will come and how to cure OCD disease. In how many months we can cure permeanently OCD disease ?

Hello, When OCD medication can stop and after stopping OCD medication again OCD problem will come ?

I start feeling palpitations suddenly and approached general doctor and prescribed some anxiety tablet s I took the tablets and I dint feel any Palpitations again after 3 days I felt heavy Palpitations and went to cardiologist there I did blood test, chest xray,ecg echo everything was normal but in ecgtest they mentioned like anxiety Palpitations and he prescribed anxit tablet and nexito for 10 days and  said to visit psychiatrist then after 10 days I visit psychiatrist doctor and prescribed lonozep0.25mg(if emergency) Citalin 10mg Etizola beta 0.50 Clonotril 0.25mg When I see the uses of these tablets and am shocked whether these are safe or it will create big impact ?

Very triggering thoughts come in my mind everytime and when i ignore it i feel i am lying to myself.Would these bad thoughts change me?This all started a month ago and i cannot lead my life peacefully like before.Would i ever be normal again??

Hello I feel chest pain at the centre and the left arm heaviness and bicep pain, and the mid back pain(no sweating no other symptoms) Taking medicines pexep cr 12.5mg and clonotril 0.25mg I have gone for ecg 7/8tjmes it came normal But still I feel such pains specially after having non vegetarian food or any other kind of stress How can I know it's only anxiety or panic attack and not any cardiac issue this particular time
