I have hallucinations like I taste something which I shouldn't not taste it I keep myself doubts that a think which I shouldn't have done I have done it is this OCD or schizophrenia

Tasting something different needs evaluation...I mean to say when you think about your favourite food sometimes you can feel it's taste which is normal and is a proven phenomenon.But feeling a specific kind of taste like metallic,or many other may be sign of a disorder,so clarify your kind of problem for further help.Dont jump into diagnosis
