Hai doctor.
I consulted a doctor for auditory hallucination. I'm using Rikson Plus tablet—it's been two months now. The voices I've been hearing have reduced a bit, which makes me happy. But I feel very tired. Can't do any work. My legs feel like they're vibrating when I walk a little. BP has dropped. I saw a general physician; they gave BP medicine. When I told my psychiatrist, they said not to worry. I have slight memory issues—not major. But legs vibrate. Can't stand for long. Been on medicine for two months. Is this common?

Hey, Every medicine has some or the other side effect. If you are getting a response with the medication then it's recommended to continue the same medication.
Regarding Vibration of legs, you should once go for blood tests like vit-D and vit-b12.
Deficiency of these vitamins can also cause vibration of legs.
Yes, these symptoms can be medication-related.
Rikson Plus (risperidone + trihexyphenidyl) can cause tiredness, low BP, leg shaking/vibration, restlessness, and mild memory issues, especially in older adults. What you describe sounds like extrapyramidal side effects or orthostatic hypotension.
Do not stop the medicine on your own. Please revisit your psychiatrist for:
• Dose adjustment or timing change
• Review of BP and hydration
• Possible change of medication if side effects persist
Seek urgent care if you develop severe stiffness, worsening tremors, falls, or confusion.
Hello
Other than leg shaking do you have any other symptoms such as hand shaking, increased salivation, difficulty in swallowing, uprolling of eyeballs and difficulty in moving your body?
Because these can be side effects of rikson plus, consult your doctor and discuss.
When we use antipsychotics like rikson plus, cognitive issues can arise in the form of memory disturbances, unable to catch points in one go, numbness, delay in responding but it will decrease. You need to play some memory sharpening games, paying more attention when someone is talking, writing important things on paper.
Next Steps
followup with your doctor, discuss these symptoms
