I was tapering down from paxidep 25 mg , now i have been prescribed vortioxetine 5mg as well along with paxidep 12.5 mg. Wont this have side effects as well.

I'm suffering from a multiple mental disorders like insomnia, hypertension, depression, headache and because of which I'm being a drug addict now since last 5-6 years. I tried alot to overcome these problems and getting a treatment from many doctors but I didn't feel satisfied from anyone and right now I'm really very disturbed about my insomnia disorder because it effects my health as well as my work or profession too.

So in April my psychiatrist diagnosed me with hypochondria and with OCD. I was on clonazepam and daxid. But currently stopped it, because I got better. But sometimes I get withdrawal symptoms and my sleep schedule and cycle plus quality of sleep are too bad. And If I feel any minor symptom, I start getting hypochondriac attacks again. I feel really helpless. I mean everyone has fear of cancer or carcinophobia but mine is extreme. First attack I got when I was 12.

Can anxiety increases bp....my bp is 140/90...i have anxiety issue...ecg and echo are normal...during my medical fitness test

I have a close friend who I believe is bipolar, he has anger issues and he is a drug addict since a long time. He has now turned to be abusive both mentally and physically. I was thinking if I could provide a therapy or consultation sessions to him, may be he could change. I am not very sure whom to consult and how to approach with this situation. What are the steps to deal with such a person as his family has now given up and he doesn't understand what trauma he has caused for other people in his life.

Hi team, I'm taking enchorate chrono 400 mg and oleanz 5 mg for scezoaffective Disorder. First of all does encrote helps in sleeping. 2 nd thing oleanz really makes me sleep 8-10 hours . I have been taking it for 2 years. Do I need to take it for lifetime. As I sleep realy around 10-12 hours as I have bad breakup. My GF became doctor and married. I was not getting sleep. I take olanzipine 5 MG it really makes me sleep 10-12 hours . But will olanzipine increases blood sugar. I'm stopped taking sugar and aerated drinks . But I really need more sleep. So my query as straight forward can I cut olanzipine to 2.5 MG . Or olanzipine can be taken safely . I only fear it will increase my blood glucose levels . Please any experience doctor comments, then I will consult. As my gf became doctor now I need more sleep .

I have been disgnosed with adhd and depression and on medicines and with some findings in mri. Medicines do help but there is room for more improvement . Heard about rtms treatment for brain activation. Would like to take proper treatment
