You need to check with your psychiatrist again. BP, Pulse rate and clinical evaluation needs to be done. The medications may be revised if it is due to them or altered if due to illness or some other underlying condition or interactions.
Next Steps
Consult your psychiatrist again

Thank you for the query. I understand that symptoms of restlessness, palpitations and insomnia like you have mentioned are bothersome, but I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that these symptoms are often experienced in individuals who have been started on Vortioxetine. However, I would like to reassure you that these symptoms can be managed by adjustments in your medication.
Next Steps
I would advise you to take one more Inderal 20mg in the afternoon in addition to the morning dose which you already must be taking as per your prescription. If you’re consistently having trouble sleeping, you can consider taking a Tab Lonazep MD 0.5mg before bed to aid you in sleeping.
Health Tips
In case the palpitations tend to increase and become intolerable even after the above adjustments to the medication, consult a psychiatrist again immediately.
