A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient to make a diagnosis and management of symptoms accordingly. A detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every patient. Are you on other drugs besides Toficalm.? What was the physician’s diagnosis?
Next Steps
Generally Toficalm doesn’t have such symptoms (? Postural hypotension), you can discuss this with your treating mental health professional and other anxiolytic can be replaced.
