Change in medicine dosage causing issue
I have been taking Nexito plus since 8 months and recently my doctor changed it and prescribed Nexito LS. I was doing very well when I was taking Nexito Plus. I started taking Nexito LS since day before yesterday. I didn't feel any problem on the first day but I have been feeling uneasy, nauseous, anxiety, heaviness in head and restless since last night. Is this something serious or just a minor side effect of dose change? Should I keep taking Nexito LS or should I go back to taking Nexito Plus?

Wait for about a week or two, if symptoms recur consult your psychiatrist and get it altered. Do not do the changes on your own. Good luck.

Seems the dosage of escitalopram has been increased and what you are feeling is the side effects of the same. If you were maintaining good on your previous dosage, then you should consult with your psychiatrist to optimise the dosage accordingly
