Hi, It's due to anxiety and stress. If there has been any past negative experiences which you have not processed and overcome, you need to do that to have a healthy future healthy present. Consult a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist and get assessed about the past trauma and how it is affecting you now. Psychological therapies would help, if they don’t a course of SSRIs would. Good luck

Its very difficult to handle such things.. You can try talking out to psychiatrist or do deep breathing exercise
