Overthinking and stressed
I cannot stop overthinking, i think too much cannot concentrate on work, always thinking of something which is not there in life.
Should i take antidepressants tablet ?

Just like that you should not take antidepressants. First you consult psychotherapist, get assessed by them about your depression level by using psychometric test.
