It will help you with anxiety symptoms but if the anxiety symptoms have been there since long we will have to formulate a long term treatment plan to help you recover.  All the best

If you are taking it as per psychiatrist’s advise then good. It does act on specific type of anxiety. Good luck.

Hi I'm happy that you reached out with your concern If you have consulted a psychiatrist who has prescribed you then it's ok otherwise self medication is dangerous Generally in anxiety treatment, along with medication psycho-therapy give early and permanent solution
