Hi  Medam / Sir If i talk with 4 or 5 members then those people only rotating in mind and getting stress  as i will forget that i talked to them Now iam not talking to anyone because of that problem What could be the reason can you please tell ?

Discovering my husband on a dating app a year ago shattered my trust. Despite his apology and promise not to repeat it, he began attending parties with both male and female colleagues. especially one female coworker, Reading their chats revealed her invitations to the office by saying bore ho raha hai and asking him for coffee during his work from home. Once, she wanted to ask him for a party by asking "call?", and he replied saying he was with me. Catching him taking a different route to pick her up confirmed my suspicions, and he admitted it. Confronting him, he insisted she was just a colleague and friend. Recovering from the dating app incident and his closeness to this colleague is a constant struggle. Overthinking, negative thoughts, mood swings, bouts of aggression, and frequent tears make daily life challenging. This ordeal is not only affecting both of us but also our children. Rebuilding the trust we once had feels impossible due to noticeable changes in him.

My 5 year old son is very adamant and aggressive at home. In school he is well behaved. The teacher and friends have good opinions on him. At home, if we say NO to any of his needs, or he gets upset on something, he screams and throws all objects down. Sometimes he hits us. How much ever we speak about this, it is not helping. At least weekly once he does this. Will he outgrow this? Or it need medical intervention?

I was diagnosed with depression a few days back and was prescribed medicines for the same. I haven't started taking meds yet but I'm having insomnia. I have slept for only 2hrs since the last 3 days. Is it normal for a person having depression?? What will help me with insomnia??

Hi my cousin is suffering from hypothyroid and using 25 mg, at the same time pcos since 7 years, after getting thyroid she is immediately suffering from OCD.. she is a vegetarian.. which multivitamin tablets should she use and which psychiatric drugs help her to recover..what counseling can help her.. She is very good heart,kind, beautiful but God given her OCD.

I took a full pill from March to September. I took 1/2 a pill from September to November 18th and then I quit it as it was hard to cut the pill to 1/4th. I experienced withdrawl symptoms - fatigue, nausea, diziness,and a slight headache. How dangerous is it to stop taking them cold turkey and how long do these symptoms last?
