OCD negative psychosis
I have tried medicine like ssris,antipsychotic, for 2 years . Also tried clozapine for treatment resistant ocd but nothing happened. No medicine is working . Doctors say me to go for rtms therapy. What should I do ? Can I get well from medicine is there any chance or rtms is last option?

It's is depends on how your compliance regarding drugs. Need to evaluate the history completely. rTMS will working as add on therapy.

If it is OCD, you should go for cognitive behaviour therapy first rather than anything else. Try to take therapy sessions regularly along with medication. She will definitely see a change because if it is OCD then it does require therapy because there are you know irrational thoughts in flexible patterns that needs to be broken or change to help you to adapt more healthy behaviour. Neuro modulation techniques such as ECT and rTMS can be effective on Treatment Resistant OCD. Another point is that a combined treatment of psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy work best for OCD.

When multiple medications at adequate doses have been tried for adequate duration of time and there has been no response, then the next logical step Is to try other approaches including rTMS.
