Dear sir, we need more history with respect to dosage of medicine and investigations like prolactin. Almost all antipsychotics have similar drug profile. They may cause kidney damage on long term. That's y u should undergone basic investigations like liver function test, renal function test, flp, fbs, ppbs every six months.

It won't be there, and kidney damage won't be there due to antipsychotics, as they are excreted through liver
