I am taking fluvoxamine 150mg and obsenil 50mg I trust my psychiatrist but sometimes I got an urge to dr shopping....I got enough sleep any thing you can suggest

Its common with anxiety patients to feel that but don't worry take therapy along with medicine to have maximum affect.

You are taking appropriate medication for ocd taking too many opinions will only lead you into confusion and inadequate treatment hence trust your psychiatrist

Have patience OCD it will take a time around 6- 9 months then only it will get cured completely so hve patience..don't hurry to change doctor .you should  chllenge your negative thoughts and CBT may help you out
