Ocd and fluvoxamine
I was diagnosed with ocd 8 years ago and i was taking fluvoxamine 200 mg for 4 years and stopped. Then it relapsed and i started the same again and have been taking on and off since then but regularly since last year. I have started to feel derealized as if i dont feel anything happening around me and as if i am a robot. I dont know how to explain this i even told my psychiatrist, he got an mri done but it was normal brain study. What do i do? I have tried cbt too. Is it safe to use fluvoxamine and clonazepam for a long time?

What you have can be emotional blunting from high doses of SSRI's
OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)
It is a thought disorder where you have one or many types of obsessive thoughts that repititively come into your mind. The person suffering from OCD despite realizing these thoughts as unwanted and undesired is not able to control it completely.
Infact efforts to resist or control these thoughts cause significant distress and anxiety.
