I have started taking medicines for depression and Panic attack. Now I'm feeling dizzy all day. What should I do?

I have been having repeated failures with regards to my relationship or even family. Recently I've been experiencing loss of sleep at night, and i used to be a deep sleeper, but i stay up and cry all night, and sleep all day, i used to eat lot to satisfy myself and get myself happy again, and have gained weight, causing me to develop subclinical hypothyroidism. I'm under medication-thyrox-25mcg . I have severe headaches, shaking, breathing issues and severe palpitations. I visited a general physician because the palpitations were getting worse and told me I'm having an anxiety attack and showing signs of depression. I have no clue what to do next, i have try to self harm myself to channel the pain in another way but i feel so guilty after. I feel like I've lost everything and I'm just living for my mother!! Please help me!!

What is the biggest sing of NPD? Is it curable? If yes what is percentage? What is treatment for this patients? And most important... How will ready for treatment because patient don't except his diagnosed?

My child 3.5 years responds well when called does what he has been asked to do, and plays blocks puzzles etc well.  but speaking and  social skills are a bit lower side compared to other same age kids what it implies? Is it related to ADHD? He is not going to playschool as of now. Recently when we have visited a pediatric doctor for his ear infection he resited to show his ear like anything and the doctor told he has symptoms of ADHD..Please help

She has a Normal life but some difficiency found in  Behavior and not agreeing for consulting on behaviour issue with Doctor. since 10 year observation...absence minded. Frequent Mood changing. Never feel sorry for any wrong doing. Over ambitious but not ready for competition. Too false mouth. Wrong word spell out without single thought. Too lazy. No focus on family importance. Irresponsible towards family life as a house wife mother daughter in law & other relationship. ...this all above cause we are loosing our only son 11 year old future growth in all aspect. Need plz Good and experience psychiatrist Doctor in Guwahati Assam to check physically consultant.

I have been on ssri antidepressant Nexito from last 5 years. Started from 20 mg then tapered to 5 mg and gradually tried stopping it twice as per the doctors instructions. But in both the attempts I failed and relapsed, same symptoms came again. Just confused as if it will have any long term effects on my body. Will it be cured completely over time? Or if no then what will it have effects on body taking it lifetime.

Hi I'm now taking encrote chrono 400 MG. I'm unable to stop it anyways. Any suggestions how to stop it I'm taking it from 14 years. Now I want to get rid of it. I'm also taking olanzipine 5 MG so my question is how to stop this valporate. I'm just unable to stop it

I have been taking medicines for anxiety and depression for the last 5 years. As soon as I leave the medicine, my health gets worse. Can I ever leave this medicine or will I have to take these medicines for the rest of my life. Please suggest.

Can lonazep 0.5 and tryptomer 10mg cause blurred vision? I can't stop these medicines and check if this is due to these medicines.

I am taking nexito 5 and clonotril 0.25mg both at the end time. Are these medicines safe to be taken together and also does having jaws pain and sensation in teeth is an anxiety symptom? I feel jaws pain and a pinching pain under my left breast . Performed ecg and echo a month before, all ok.
