Rather than ECT you can seek support from a professional Psychotherapist and consider therapy options like Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), NLP, or Hypnotherapy under the guidance of a professional Psychologist only. Tailor made therapy to your specific needs with a professional Psychologist will help you.
