Things I tried or doctors advised me: •Embeta xr (2months) •Inderal la tablets(1-2 months) •Clonafit(7 days) •Etizolam • Supplements (vitamin d, magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha) • Exercise and breathing exercises I will be thankful to any doctor if he/she advises me with their experience to help me with my anxiety and more importantly heart palpitations.
