Question in the end, please read if possible or you can skip Since I got diagnosed with ADHD, I have been prescribed 5 mg methamphetamine, then later properly re diagnosed by AIIMS and dosage increased to 20 mg tablets. I feel a drastic change in my focus and I am able to do it without any distractions, but the down side is whenever I take these I get easily irritated due to a  strange feeling that exists makes me feel uneasy at rest as well which is not physical and I can't describe. That is fine though, but AIIMS recommended an increase in dosage as my weight satisfies it but I hesitated for now. 20 mg doesn't last long and according to prescription I have to take again total 2 times a day. ( Prescribed according to my requirements ) Now here is my question, I have done research on amphetamine, and the duration of work plus effectiness is more than inspriral 20 mg. I want to discuss this with my doctor but my next visitation is after 2 months. I would appreciate as many answers

I have always fear of heart attack. From waking up to sleep I have to say myself I have heart healthy. Always thinking negative and saying negative to myself. Specially if I am near religious place my mind start wishing negative for myself.  My mind start writing on wal negative abot my health I always wish negative for me. If I ignore my thoughts then my mind start showing images of things that I don't want to think about. If I try to ignore that images then my mind starts linking that images with my family and religious places. Then my mind starts saying that if I don't undo these intrusive images or thoughts then it become real. Then I have to undo those images and thoughts. After undoing I have to think a fresh postive thoughts. My mind attack me when I am near my family or religious places. In religious places my mind wish very dangerous negative thoughts for me and my family. If I try to undo those things my anxiety level goes very high. Please help me what is happening with me.

Sometimes when outside our neighbours are talking loudly like as they are fighting My heart beats fasts  starts with out any reason Sometimes in our home i feel also I dnt knw wt this happened to me Any time when my frnd or any one calls me my heart gets beating fast When someone backbiting with my frnd about me Then i heard this backbiting when frnd told me When i am going to frnd my heart beats frnds up all

I'm bipolar and my doctor recently added quetiapine and chlordiazepoxide at night. Previously I was just on olazapine. I'm getting palpitations daily one hour after taking all these medicines at night. Is this any cause for concern?

Every night when I sleep I see scary horrible dream. I don't have any history of depression or anxiety, no family history of mental illness. Only general work stress , but when I sleep I get scared in deep sleep due to scary dreams.

I have been getting a repeated thoughts and my mind is asking a certainty. Due to that, I'm repeating the entire thought as a sentence. After some time, again it's asking to repeat due to uncertainty whether i understand the thought correctly. I fintry to avoid compulsive behaviour, am not able to foucs on work. Its keep on asking to repeat. Pls help to overcome this.

How long should i taper for using clonazepam .25 mg for 6 months ? Is 1 months enough or is should taper longer ?

Hello respected doctors... can a HIV DISEASED person take ETIZOLAM 0.5 mg for panic atacks?? is it OK to take or is there any contra indication between HIV DISEASE AND ETIZOLAM???

Even if I am not taking any stress but sometimes I feel that my I m going to die and my heart felt occurs and I feel so nausea at that time and I have checked with many doctors like Cardiologist and general medicine also,I had done echo and various blood tests but the reports are all good except lft cause I take alcohol often but since I got those symptoms from last Friday I m not taking alcohol and from yesterday I am taking Pari Cr 25 daily 1 at night,so why do I feel unusual things suddenly,i cannot describe what I feel but I can say that suddenly the symptoms appear and goes and when the symptoms appearsni feel that my heart beat goes high and I feel my bp rise and I feel so vomiting sensation,so dear respected doctor what is the exact problem that I face this things and how to recover from this,will pari cr 25 medicine will be right for this symptoms and how much times will It takes to go,Kind reply me I am so worried and thank you Sir
