It does not have any significant direct effects on blood pressure. But if your BP is more due to anxiety or depression it reduces the same. Good luck

Rarely its can cause hypotension. Keep good hydration. Try taking morning dose rather than night. If you still gets any problem consult your psychiatrist to change or adjust dose.
