You have just quoted medications without the duration of illness, symptoms, past treatment, family history, substance use and many other details are needed before suggesting. Consult an astute psychiatrist

Without getting to know your symptoms it’s difficult to suggest a medication. Better to take a private consultation for proper diagnosis and treatment

Kindly follow up with your treating Psychiatrist for dose adjustment or drug change, as a detailed history is needed for the same. For the time being you can decrease the dose to Serta to 50 mg , then gradually increase it to 100mg after a week.

Ideally you should talk to your treating psychiatrist for change in meds Serta takes 2-3 weeks to be completely effective Infact most psychiatric meds take weeks to act so continue taking your prescribed meds and do review back with your psychiatrist
