Hello..i am facing severe pain in occipatal region of my head taking medication also diagnosed cervical
But now from last one week i am facing sleeping disorder like I can't sleep at night at all and most of the time i feel anxious , lazy
It is becoming a problem for me like whole night i am awake and will feel sleepy around 7-8 in morning which is disturbing my schedule a lot...and whole night i avoid using phone but if not using i wll overthink things feel more anxious and will get panic so to distract myself i use phn ..but can't sleep
Hoping you can help me with some remedy which can help me to solve my pain problem in head and this sleeping disorder

Hello, sleep disorder can be extremely disturbing but to better know about the cause of insomnia one needs to interview the patient. It can be treated with medication and therapy.
Do isometric exercises for cervical neck pain and if necessary get physiotherapy. Follow sleep hygiene and do meditation and deep breathing before going to bed. If problem still persists please visit a psychiatrist for some short term medication
