Sleep disturbances can occur due to lot of reasons. You have provided limited information about your symptoms. However, do some of the steps to maintain a better sleep hygiene are- Avoid sleeping in noon hours, avoid smoking or tea in late evening and nights. Maintain a sleep diary where you document your daily sleeping timings. If your sleep doesn’t get corrected by these simple measures, consult any psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment.
