Etizolam is a benzodiazepine and not supposed to be taken for a longer duration. It also acts for a short time to reduce anxiety. Anxiety disorder occurs due to altered serotonergic system in the mind pathways and need a course of SSRI or SNRI for remedy. They are also the treat of choice. Kindly consult an astute psychiatrist either online or in person and seek remedy

Thanks for your query. It will be preferable if you consult with your psychiatrist again to readjust the medication if he/she deems it necessary. Also consider proper sleep hygiene.

Ideally 6-8 hours is sleep is enough if the quality is good and you are waking up fresh. If you feel that this much sleep is not enough and you are not feeling rested then you should contact your doctor regarding dosage of medications and treatment plan .
Next Steps
Contact your doctor
Health Tips
Do not self medicate / overdose without recommendation.
