I'm taking nexito 5mg for 20 days . Should I stop them or I have to take some other medicine. Or it should not good to stop nexito and do not have any other medicine.

I have lots of thoughts coming to mind for example one girl was raped in a delhi now I gets doubt in my mind maybe I raped her and I forget it is it ocd or I really raped her

I'm feeling very low. Every small task makes me worry too much. I can't talk to people without feeling anxious. I can't reply before thinking 100 times what and how I should reply so it doesn't create a rift. I don't feel emotionally safe either alone or with someone else. Should I increase my Mirtazapine dose from 45 to 60 mg, to fall asleep quickly? I have already increased my dose from 30 to 45 mg.

My doctor from chennai prescribed the medicine oleanz 5 for me for treatment of schizoid I am a middle-aged man- may have taking the medicine for almost 30 yrs when I first saw the doctor- I want a substitute for this medicine as I am not comfortable with the medicine- should I consult my chennai doctor online?
