I have sleeping problem...many times my thoughts are keep running in mind ...it is like explosion of thoughts..many times sucide toughts come in mind..how can i get read of overthinking

My brother is dealing with depression as am I but he may be suicidal and I'm scared for him I don't know how to help my parents think so to but don't know how to deal with it because he doesn't want to go to the doctors or anything just please tell me what I should do

Im depressed because of breakup feel cry ,alone,not take food,sleep disorder,empty,ugly,bad,hated and just want suggestion what can i do?

Dear Sir, i used to do yoga and meditation 4 yrs back and it caused a permanent pressure in my left upper abdomen and i always feels like bloating and heaviness and stressed firehaed when i sit. But after straighting my body by lying or stand up whole problem vanishes. Gastroenterologist doctor prescribed me seterline, elizolaam, tryptomer and escitilopram but after taking these medicine 4 to five days its effects ends and problem reoccurs. Please help me.

I was a hM student and did training from taj there for the first time I saw phone taping and fight this led me to mental illness I talked to my friends they ignored as they were less educated I asked my father to transfer my training or make me study for MBA 10 years back but he revolted and said I will throw you out of my house and even your mother he was not interested in taking me to a good doctor as he was busy and doctors used to make us wait for 6 hours in vimhans.he was chronic alcoholic

Need to ask you that taking these drugs can give me a huge side effect or not... If possible suggest me something which is beneficial for me plzzz...
