Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

You are overwhelmed. Pick one task at a time and don’t worry about how many more tasks you need to complete while performing that one task. Be lost in the enjoyment of performing that one task so well and then repeat it for all other tasks. Be okay with accomplishing less number of tasks initially but do not compromise on the quality at all. As you progress, increase your efficiency.
