I have been patient of OCD. I always feel that my cloths are dirty.my hand are dirty and I feel that immediate bath. I have been suffering from 2year .what I do. I feel I have been infection from people. So I have looked myself in the room . I have very disturb from this activity .I am always sad

I am diagnosed with moderate depression, bipolar disorder, and sucidal tendencies. How can I cure it?

My brother has very low self confidence,he feels like he is useless,good for nothing,he can't do anything good in life.He only sees his flaws and pity himself.He doesn't like who he is ,he thinks no one should be like him.he dislikes himself.He was a very bright student in school then he opted for architecture and recently he had quit that.Now he thinks as he was not able to succeed in that he can't do anything else.He is an introvert and is socially awkward but he doesn't wants to be like that he wants to talk to people but he thinks he can't.He is having sucidal thoughts please help.

Hi i am having trouble with my dreams. Someone is beating me a lot in my dream. I cant see his face and he is beating me with belt and hunter. I used to have this dream and it stopped but now again i am having them. Its been a week now that i am having this dream daily. Please help me as its effecting my life.
