I’m dealing with anxiety attacks, it’s been over a month and i really need help

I am unable to control my anger. I get angry for small reasons . I feel if i continue this way ill loose all my friends .

Why things not remain Same with time between me & my boyfriend. I want him back in my life as he was earlier.he is not running behind his career,i am not able to understand whats going on his mind.why he is behaving like this.

No matter what I am doing or not I feel hellish dizzy 24*7 .Sometimes it feels like the ground is bouncing up and down  when I am standing and when I try to lay down then in the middle of this dizzy feeling a sudden intense movement inside my head shakes me even more leaving me in a panic state of feeling short breathe. I Can't even sit longer without leaning my head on something. I am suffering with this since 2013 and from that time I am taking  meadicines but nothing works. I don't know when i get rid of this debilitating ailment .

My friend is suffering from bipolar syndrome. He suddenly started shouting on me and refused to talk to me.even he didnt pick my calls and messages.is he is behaving like this life tym ?

I think I have depression. I just want to be sure so that I can go about treating it. I've been feeling sad and moody and irritable since the past 1 month. I've lost interest in doing anything. I am unable to enjoy with my friends even. I hang out with them, but I don't feel that joy anymore like I used to. I'm finding it very difficult to keep a positive attitude. I even wake up grumpy. Please I need help to figure out why is this happening.
