I am having ocd for past 12 years
I had been on medication for ocd...but right now , sometimes I have the medicine and sometimes not. I have irrelevant thoughts about the masculinity of my husband. I am also having anxiety issues.

OCD is a mental disorder and to treat any mental disorder u have to take medicinal help as well as counselling and psychotherapy. Along with medicine, therapy helps u to increase ur self confidence ,increase ur self esteem.,learn how to deal worse situations in life. U have also some anxiety issues and if depression is also there tgen psychotherapy is a very good option for treatment.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Medicine is just one part of any psychic treatments. In parallel you need follow certain therapy, excersise, lifestyle changes and few dietary to get the complete cure. Else anxiety or depression will bother you again. May be you need to take a psychology counselling again to identify the therapies and other non medicine treatment plan.
