I would need help to fix my concentration issue and also get evaluated for ADHD. I did some free tests and it shows ADHD . Not sure what are my next steps from here, it is causing a lot of trouble with my official role and personal role as well.

Sir my mother is suffering from OCD from 3 to 4 years. And we consult with psychiatry then he said take medicine for 3 years it will cure but after 3 year when my mother stop taking medicine(by guidance of doctor) after 2 month cleaning and contaminated OCD problem started. Medicine prescribed by doctor Escitalopram and clonazepam. Sir there is no any 100% cure of this problem. Can we overcome over OCD without medicine.

I was involved in a 1.5 year long relationship with this girl till this July.She broke up with me in this July.There are some facts which I want to share and wanna know those thing's psychological reason. 1)I always used to chat with other girls online besides having her..I flirted with them but at the end used to tell my girlfriend about those girls,why I flirted with those girls and why even I told my girlfriend about those things? 2) I wanted sex,sextings ,normal video calls from my girlfriend but she used to be dramatic about those things and I always used to blame her for less doing those things and broke up and patched up thousand times.I never realised and respected her opinions.3) The last thing is if I was such a narcissistic person then why would I still miss her still now and feels only myself  guilty about this breakup?Is it love?

From past few months i feel anxious and depressed most of the time, i overthink a lot in every scenario, i became so sad and hopeless that all i cry almost all the time, i feel negative and overwhelmed all the time. Things in my life are bad but i make that overcome my consciousness too much that it affects my day to day life. I am unable to sleep properly, it takes hours for me to sleep and when i do sleep i wake up within 1-2 hours with a feeling of emptiness and tiredness , sometime even in a small inconviniences i feel extremely anxious that my heartbeat races and i feel choking in my throat. I became so sad in some situations that i feel physical pain in my muscles and i curse myself and i start having suicidal thoughts. I feel regrets for days even if i did minor mistake in anything. I have lost my interest in most of the things i love before, i became distant with people around me and i feel anger instantly. I need help im really tired of everything now.

My doctor prescribed me lorazepam tablets 1MG 3 times a day for 1 month when my condition was worsening and then when I recovered he asked to taper it  off gradually and asked to replace one dose with clonazepam but I took clonazepam for 10 days only and stopped it and after that stopped lorazepam as well..since then I have severe withdrawal symptoms like throbbing headache,dizziness,loss of balance,legs tingling ,vertigoetc...I get relief by taking clonazepam 0.25 mg..so should I take it daily or whenever I feel symptoms...and how to taper clonazepam as well
