Hello I have been going through high palpitations and dr give me 40 mg of propranolol 3 times a day is it good for me or it is too high dose .. plz guide

Seems to be high dose. Even after that dose.if you don't have any relief in your symptoms.. change of medication might help

You have to be evaluated for why you are having palpitations in the first place and treat it. Monitor your pulse rate when you are on propranolol.
