Suffering from anxiety,insomnia,sadness
From past few months i feel anxious and depressed most of the time, i overthink a lot in every scenario, i became so sad and hopeless that all i cry almost all the time, i feel negative and overwhelmed all the time. Things in my life are bad but i make that overcome my consciousness too much that it affects my day to day life. I am unable to sleep properly, it takes hours for me to sleep and when i do sleep i wake up within 1-2 hours with a feeling of emptiness and tiredness , sometime even in a small inconviniences i feel extremely anxious that my heartbeat races and i feel choking in my throat. I became so sad in some situations that i feel physical pain in my muscles and i curse myself and i start having suicidal thoughts. I feel regrets for days even if i did minor mistake in anything. I have lost my interest in most of the things i love before, i became distant with people around me and i feel anger instantly. I need help im really tired of everything now.

Hello Dear, Mental health problems can arise due to multiple factors in personal, professional and social life. A wide range of treatment options are available including but not limited to therapy, medicines, exercises and experimental.
