I wanted to check whether, after proper assessment, you are open to prescribing methylphenidate if clinically appropriate. I am willing to visit physically in Patna if required, or if online ,  a physical handwritten prescription can be provided.

I had insomnia from 40 days I don't gets satisfied sleep but zoldipem prescribed by doctor also hadn't improve sleep and I had low blood sugar after 3hrs of food ocassionally is any other treatment available please guide

From past 3 year i was suffering from anxiety Andin  past 2 year the symptoms was intense Made my life to hard i started avoiding things a lot stayed home more the time my sypmtoms are - Brain fog, overthinking , intrusive thaughts,Racing thaughts, disconnection feeling dp-dr, Sleeping problem insomnia,restlessness, heartpaplitation, coldsweat, panic attack sometimes, fear without reason, breathlessness Social fear ,chest tightness, weak memory  But from last 2-3 months i started doing exercises like walking,jogging,cycling taking sunlight daily Also breathing exercises is found relief My symptoms intensity was little reduced I felt little peace but the symptoms keeps spiking. exercise and lifestyle changes help me  but the problem is still there and this is affecting my life to much is also tried ayurvedic medicine mentat but not helped me .

No sleep no food crying all day not waking up from bed all alone no one to talk to feel like ending life but no courage. Severe headcahe sometimes squeezing headcahe at midnight when not in stress can't sleep in any angle that time and eyes also feels heavy. I wake up crying sleep crying. Sometimes I close my eyes I feel pushed down. Sometimes peeded in sleep too. Constantly waiting for one person at least to understand what I'm going through

I am suffering from ATPD . doctor has prescribe ozapin 5mg. .divalproed 500.I am taking from last 1 month . doctor is telling to take minimum 6 month. I just want to ask side effect of medicine and is safe for 6 month

Please tell me for that these medicines are and how many duration a person should take this? Should the person will behave normal with this medicine?
