Hi What you are experiencing is not weakness or something dangerous. It is your mind and body staying in stress mode for a very long time. That is why you feel brain fog, overthinking, panic, breathlessness, poor sleep, fear, and disconnection. These symptoms feel scary, but they are common in long-term anxiety. The good thing is that exercise, sunlight, and breathing have helped you. This shows that your body can heal. You are not broken. But these things only give temporary relief. The deeper stress and fear patterns in your mind are still there, so the symptoms keep coming back. Medicines and home remedies alone cannot fix this fully because this is more about how your mind has learned to react to stress. You have been handling this alone for a long time. You deserve proper support now. With therapy, you can learn how to calm your mind, reduce fear, sleep better, and feel confident again. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

You have described a wide range of distressing symptoms that have been present for several years and have significantly affected your daily life. At the same time, it is important to acknowledge the effort you have already made through exercise, sunlight exposure, and breathing practices. The partial improvement you noticed shows that your symptoms are responsive to supportive measures, even though they have not completely resolved. Persistent anxiety symptoms can fluctuate in intensity and often require structured professional support along with lifestyle measures.
Next Steps
A detailed evaluation by a mental health professional would help understand the pattern of anxiety, panic symptoms, sleep disturbance, and intrusive thoughts. Psychological therapy can help you learn structured methods to manage racing thoughts, reduce avoidance, and improve emotional regulation. Medication may be considered if symptoms continue to interfere with functioning, but this should be decided after proper assessment.
Health Tips
Continue the healthy lifestyle changes you have started, as they form a strong foundation for recovery. Avoid judging yourself if symptoms fluctuate, as this is common in anxiety conditions. Early structured treatment often leads to better long-term improvement and prevents symptoms from becoming more entrenched.
