Why there are 6 SSRIs. Are all SSRIs equally effective? Is it possible that one will work and other doesn't. If yes why?? Does anyone know anything about these drugs coz they make patients suffer alot as psychiatrists just confuse them. I'm also a victim. I have been on them for 5 years and still not recovered. Help me.

I have suffered for 5 years from clinical depression. Now the problem I'm facing mostly is that: When I try to be serious, dedicated, ambitious for my future, my body starts to heat up and then sweat which feels like a signal that my mind is now not capable of doing something which requires focus/concentraion and logical thinking like studying as I want to become IES as it was my dream before depression. I can't live with low intellect as this thing is happening since an year and no psychiatrist or psychologist has helped me till now. I feel like dying sometimes coz of low self esteem but I stop coz of my mother. I have wasted enough money in treatment but nothing helped. Only Supragya(Ayurvedic Ath Ayurdham) has helped. I just have one request from psychiatrists, please tell me is it possible to reverse this or not. My doc. says that it is anxiety coz of sweat but this is coz of a disease I suffered which made my mind like this.If u have seen any case like this before then plz help.

I'm almost 18 years old, and I feel empty, lazy, and demotivated all the time. My sleep is getting affected. And when I wake up I don't want to get out of bed. It's been like this for almost 2 years now. Due to this I didn't study in 11th and 12th(HSC Science). My exams went really bad. I've no idea if I'm even gonna pass. I went to a counselor and she recommended me to go for BSC computer science as I had computer science as a bifocal subject. In this situation, I'm very confused and I don't want to make any wrong choices. My interests(dream careers):- Gaming(Mostly YouTube gaming), or content creation(writing for web shows or short movies) or stand up comedy.

From past 1 year while I am talking with known people instantly I will get into fear mode. I will get shivering sensation mind goes blank for few minutes.Could I know the problem.

I have so much constipation and pain in right side under ribs before sometime I pass stool after each meal

I love a girl very much, she also loved me once. But it has been 6 years since we separated. I broke up thencoz my family didn’t approve of her. I was too young to decide. But now it is impossible on my part to get her out of my system. Please help me to find ways to get her out of my mind.

I think it must be a cleaning disorder. i daily wake up and arrange things and wastes by 3-4 hours of morning in it. but i am so betrayed by this i want to overcome from it.

There is lot of anger inside mind...Which I unable. To manage...Please help me how to eliminate this anger
