How can I be treated for ADD? I have trouble focusing on anything for too long. Making studying and routine monotonous tasks difficult.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. ADD or lack of concentration is a symptoms of anxiety in your mind . Observe and analyze what is happening around your life now a days like job nature, relationships issues, lifestyle, dietary, environmental change etc. Any distraction or pre occupied thoughts about any of these could cause lack of attention or concentration on your specific task. Be positive. These are just like any other physical illness and can be treated through counseling session and few lifestyle changes, self therapies or exercise. Hi Treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can help relieve the symptoms and make the condition much less of a problem in day-to-day life.
