Attention problem
I have attention problem in study and all the other works in which focus required.I am student right now.It gets very difficult for me to attend whole online classes.Thus is happening from 3 years since I was 10th.My thoughts not get me focus on one thing.

Hi... Seems like you are trying your best to grab the attention that is required during your study hours. Ophs! That not what you are expecting though. As per that you are know keen at resolving the issue which has been a struggle also have tried various techniques and might have met professionals. Yet still try out other ways of managing like mental walk before sitting to study, imaging the structure of your studies, breathing exercises. If still doesn't help.

Some of the effective ways to higher your attention span are: Meditation : It is the mental training to your attention. Meditation just require brief intense periods of focus. All you need is to wear comfortable clothing and sit in a position that's comfortable for you and do meditation for 30 minutes daily. Listen to music : If you are struggling to complete a task, try turning on some instrumental or light music in the background, you may notice you will suddenly complete tasks significantly faster. Music can be of any kind of your choice that soothes your ears and relaxes your senses. Identify when you are more energetic: It is pretty normal for your attention span to vary throughput the day. Lets say around 3 o'clock after your lunch time you can't expect to be extremely focused, so avoid working at that point of time. Work out when your potential to focus ia at its peak, plan to be productive during that times. Remove technology temporarily : Technology now a days cannot be avoided entirely, but being on your phone or computer too much can diminish attention span. Work on taking a break from technology regularly. You could titn off technology for the whole day say Saturday, and give yourself time to do things like read or play brain games. Improve your sleep: Poor sleep habits can greatly diminish your attention span. If you are not able to get enough sleeping time, you'll find yourself becoming more forgetful & struggling to focus. Work on prioritising quality sleep in order to increase your attention span. Try to stick to a sleep schedule even on weekends. There are many other ways on which you can rely to increase your attention span. Those presented above are few easy actions that will surely fulfill the task at the earliest.
