Random thoughts bother me against my studies. Whenever I read any random thoughts run through my mind that makes my concentration low. What should I do to overcome this

Hello, a lot of individuals face this difficultly while studying. If they severely hamper your studies, you should consult nearest mental health professional who would rule out Attention deficit.
You need to consult a psychiatrist and see if these are obsessive thoughts or thought insertions or ruminations and then treatment for the same. Good luck
Hi. This could be distraction or inattention hindering your concentration/ focus towards academic.
Or it could be a part of overthinking where random thoughts run over on loop on your mind which are intrusive and uncalled for. You might think the worst case scenarios, negative thinking or just plainly zoning out or having brain fog which leads to all of this.
