Anxiety Issues
I have anxiety issues since 5yrs after my mother passed away. I have faced lot of severities in life since then, each being how small or big issue felt like a thunderbomb to me. Recently, things started heating up lot. Last week I was not eating food properly. I started having panic attacks feeling like vomiting while simply sitting in office as soon I used to remember issues happening around me. I have lost hope in so many things in my life yet I am trying to work things on my own and be independent but its being difficult for me. I got myself into a bad addiction these days to take off my mind from issues. How can I get help.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
