I have quit my IT job 2.5 years ago and since that my forgetfulness had increased, i am forgetting names of common things, my confidence had depleted. I feel lost. Is this the onset of alzimers/dementia? What kind of counseling / doctor do i need?

Mm hey am 16 years old. These days I sleep a lot. Like really aloooot. And I feel tired all the time. I also eat less than usual. Whic cause me to not study. Because I don't feel motivated to do so.my exams are coming up soon. Is something wrong with me

I am having this problem for 5years that while I sleeping I wants to wakeup but I couldn't.i try to shake my head and hands but I couldn't.i try to shout only I can feel it no one can hear the noise except myslef.

My mind is under pressure...And lot of confusion ...Maybe anxiety...And due to which mind behaves like child or infant mind

Sir its about my sister.... Who is suffered from the TB. She take medicine from 20 months but doctor prescribed to take medicine for 22 months... She also suffered from hair loss so she denied to take medicine and do wrst activities like throwing objects.. Etc.... What we should do... Stop medicine or... What

Is mentat known to be a good memory tonic as i h read before an articarticle on the same .. it's suppose to cure insomnia .. does it mean it produce sleepiness ?

Hi, I was diagnosed by psychiatrist (  in one of best chains of hospital) for adhd and depression I was regular patient of her for more than 4 years. Since 2 years  i have stopped going as I had lost my job plus fees had increased substantially. As adhd medication requires frequent visit for refill I couldn't afford it. Now I'm planning to shift to smaller practice psychiatrist.. I couldn't continue/ finish  my professional study.. I need my medicine. So what should I carry to  my new psychiatrist to help her understand my case. I have my case file plus prescription copy from existing psychiatrist. Anything else I need to take care??

Hi , My family member has an speech disfluency disorder caused due to anxiety.He has it 13%.He cant speak properly few words once in 10mins and also he gets stuck(blocks) .This was noticed only by few people.Few therapies were suggested for him.i just wanted to know whether it is curable or not.If so how long it might take?Your early reply will be helpful.

I have experience fear of something's...Now I m unable to eliminate that fear...My sleep is disturbed...
